We take great care in capturing representative imagery of all the finishes and fabrics we use.

Sometimes, due to individual computer display settings, color variation and individual lighting conditions, it is difficult to ensure that what you see on your monitor will be identical to the actual product.

Our products are designed to last, and we stand by their quality. All of our product come with a one year warranty. We will replace or repair any products with defects in material or workmanship. Our manufacturer’s warranty applies one year from date of delivery. For the warranty to apply, the product must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Products are not covered by warranty if used for commercial purposes or defect is from causes beyond normal wear and tear. 

All of our products are new, undamaged, and never been used. Most of our products are in stock for fast shipment. 

Contact us immediately to cancel your order. If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund, minus a $50 restocking fee. If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, unfortunately we can not cancel your order and you will have to return the product in accordance with our return policy. 

Our furniture specialists are fully trained to offer any assistance to help you in the rare event that an item arrives damaged. We inspect orders prior to delivering them to our customers to make certain that items are in perfect condition. Additionally, our excellent packaging and shipping experience reduces the chances of damage occurring. However, we are in the furniture business and unfortunately damage can happen from time to time. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please save the original packaging and notify us and the shipping company immediately. Depending on the issue we will arrange for a full replacement, or replacement parts, to be rushed out as quickly as possible to the customer. In certain instances pictures will be required to review so we may determine if it is a manufacturing defect or something related to how the furniture was transported.

Product pages provide our best estimates for delivery windows. In stock items will ship within 48 hours. Shipping transit time is, on average, 5 to 14 business days depending on the size of your order and destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped for a more accurate estimate with respect to transit time. 

If for any reason you don’t love your new furniture, you can return it within the first 14-days, no questions asked. Provided you return the furniture in as-new condition and in the original packaging, we will refund your purchase, less the cost of return shipping.
